Plyometric socks


Improve your plyometric muscular response by training and wearing these plyometric socks on surfaces such as grass and artificial grass, as well as indoor surfaces and sand (beach).

The issue with training in shoes is that the finer muscles in your feet, toes, and achilles don’t get exposure to the training as much and you end up losing on the conditioning.

You can train in your barefeet, but there is the risk of getting scrapes and cuts.

With these socks, you add a protective layer whilst getting the full benefits of muscle stimulus with your training.

It’s best to order 3-5 so you can rotate these regularly.

These are machine washable.
